Aspire is currently under evaluation by the Institute for Research & Evaluation at model project locations in Arizona, Colorado, and Illinois. Preliminary findings show promising results, and demand for Aspire has been strong across the country. The links below provide information about using Aspire in your 2008 CBAE grant applications.
